use ramen instead of flat noodles...just find a pad thai recipe

Lol, next time I decide to make this for dinner, I will try to remember to take some pixs to go along with the write up. But until then, keep ur eyes, ears, and stomachs open for it. hehheh.

Not jsut any pad thai recipe can measure up to my CUSTOM RECIPE. I jsut put pad thai name to make my point come across ezier, rather than explaining the whole thingamajig. But yea ramen will work out jsut fine. If im out of flat noodle or something, I just use ramen, so it works just fine. Neways, .......maybes....if I remember or isnt too lazy to do a write up.

cook just the noodles in a pan. not alot of water, but just enough to cook the noodles
then use some pizza seasoning, uncle tony's i think,
then lots and lots of cheese!! leave in pan so cheese melts

I like to add frozen peas and shrimp to the chili/lime flavor...or any flavor for that matter!

gotta have the bean sprouts!

i love me some spicy "tom tom" ramen with lots of bean sprouts, steamed shrimp, cut up pork (like the ones in spring rolls), mint, cabbage and all kinds of veggies...

this thread is making me hungry
