cooking instructions:
boil
add hot sauce
and enjoy with crackers(if you got any)...thats it...no extra meat...no extra eggs...no extra carrots?? why you ask? cause if we had all that extra stuff in the fridge we wouldnt be eating ramen
oh and thats called hood style or should i say HDM!!!
Those meatballs have "beef tendons" in them. Ugggggggggg. Puke
Beantowntc, I used to live near boston and thats the only Ramen i've ever seen too.
I never even thought to "spice" up ramen, I just knew I hated the stock flavor so I never ate it. These ideas are intriguing to say teh least. The egg mixed in looks great, and I have a Thai peanut sauce to go with it that would be killer. Pics to come this weekend.

Pho isn't looking to sanitary either.
"'With the lot' (made with chicken broth and all or most of the shop's chicken and cattle offering, including chicken hearts and livers and beef tripe and tendons)"
Hope you have the base model Pho and not the Special edition Pho with those ingredients.
I can only have nightmares about what Cattle Offerings could be.
In seriousness though, isn't beef "tripe" tongue?
