i've spent about a grand. If i had a girlfriend it'd be about 250-1,000 more.

if i had saved money up before xmas it'd be about 25 bucks more per person.

I understand you are trying to sell these Hotbox, but do you think it's necessary to put into a thread that doesn't have anything to do with buying a Wii? Sure people may have bought a Wii as a present, but whatever. Use the sales section and stop please.

man that sucks sorry to hear, I would either return her presents or keep them for the next girl...you never know when you need a last minute gift but you know you would be prepared if you had a closet full of presents...

I got my two Wii's for cost as I camped out with my son overnight at Target.
Made some bank on the second one - I gave him the other for his B-day.

Yes, STOP that crap here please.
Goto ebay if you want to sell, or a least go to the right forum...

i'm pretty much just posting it in select non wii threads to be an a s s because i think it's funny that someone spends 13k for xmas so i'm like hmm maybe he'll buy my wii for the current exhorbinant yet standard price.

About $1,200.

I first picked up a Wii (2 hrs in line - not bad). Sorry Hotbox, no sale here!

But I then ran across a 60 Gig Playstation 3 that was just delivered to a Game Stop while I was there. No waiting, a 5 minute transaction.

My son is paying for half of the PS3, but yes, my kids are lucky/spoiled this year!

wow. i guess I shouldda been at my eb games this morning.

yeah with buying teh wii it's insane in my area.

release day i was there about 12 or 13 hours eary spend teh night and was 21 out of 45 units with about 60 people that were in line by about 2 am.

the second wii i got took forever to get i had bad luck everywhere. got one by casually going to my local eb games asking , he said i might get em in my shipment today you can wait if youd like. it'll be about half an hour. 1 out of 6 to get one .

then same guy told me they were getting some this last sunday. got there about 6am 5 out of 6 to get one. more than 20 people in line later on.

same day I tried best buy first. 45 people in line at 5:45!!!!

anyone that says getting a wii is easy? tell that to all the poor parents going from store to store every day and coming home with nothing.

i am keeping my first one.
sold the one i got sunday for 600 off craigslist
the second one i got was on ebay but very odly didn;t meet 450 reserve yet they've been selling upwards of 700! ? odd.

congrats on the horrible yet very very ebay able ps3.
