the lowest I've seen at an ARCO is 2.91, and it must be right up the street from where you saw it. In HB anyway.

we have no Arco's in my area. Just filled up this morning at a 76 , 3.01, that's pretty cheap for anything other than ARCO here in SoCal.

Yea put up the extra cents for sometin other than ARCO, my dad owned 2 Arco's in the past and even he doesn;t recommend it
