Boy i am mad i won some tanabe df210 springs off ebay about 3 weeks ago and i still have not got them yet.i keep emailing the seller for the tracking # and i keep getting the run around.he said that he sent them already but he is not at home to get the traking #.what the hell......if you are trying to sell something you should try to make that a priority and finish all the small details to keep everybody happy and confident that they made a good deal.i paid him fast so why cant he just provide me with a simple traking #.it allready ruined my plans for install.he had a perfect feed back score but it seems that he wont for much longer.i dont know what i should do.im tired of waiting .should i just cool off or do i have a right to be mad?

 

A 3 week wait with no explanation (or even a tracking #) seems too long to me. Has he given you any reason that it's taking so long?

 

Did you pay with Paypal, if you did try getting your money back thru them. Good luck, I wish it was a perfect world and you could buy somthing and get it in a reasonable time like your supposed to and leave negative feed back and contact Ebay.

 

Yeah i have dealt with bad Ebayers before and best thing to do is to ALWAYS pay with paypal.com....file a claim through them and hope it will solve the problem...or if you used a credit card then call them and let them know of a fradulent sale and it needs to be cancelled....i have had both work and we are talking about a computer worth $1200+ and as little as a collector for $20 both we reinstated to my accounts. MAke sure you keep all you emails and anything that he says in case they ask for documentation.....hope it works out for you!!! Paypal is a good way to watch your back !!!
