wth!!!.....so i pick up my tc like 3 weeks ago....i had ordered it wit the TYC tails, the bumper protector, the stoopid obx mesh star shift ****, the pedestal spoiler, ground fx kit, the optional 18" rims.....well apparently i had to wait a "couple of days" for my tails the bumper protector and da shift **** cuz supposedly they were on back order......it has now been 3 weeks and im still freakin waiting for the damn stuff to get here.....i call i call and i call sum more and nuthin......wat can i do????....this is gettin ridiculous and im da more i look at it the more upset i get......they dont even hit their customers off wit sum complimentary stuff.....ohh wait not to mention they are so f'in cheap that when they swap the stock 17 inch wheels dey took the center "scion" caps off to put them on the other ones.......aint that sum shyt!

well obviously not 42 years old.....i posted this wit a concern about the customer service at the dealer where i purchased my tc and not to be critizised by a 42 y/o dude....shouldnt u be out plannin ur retirement plan instead of being on "scionlife"....get a grip old man....ohh and to the 23 y/o english tutor....get over it this is the internet and not grammar 101......now is there anyone dat wants to give me any suggestions on wat can i do to correct my issue wit scion????....if not then u dont have to say anything at all....well appreciated.....thank u

 

Well, one thing you could've done was use the search feature. There have been a few posts in the past weeks regarding the TYC tails being on backorder. As far as the bumper protector and the shift ****, I don't know what to tell you.

Also, this may be the internet, but if you are looking for intelligent responses, make yourself seem somewhat intelligent when asking the question.

I don't see why you even ordered that stuff from the dealer when you could've gotten it much cheaper from www.scionpartspeople.com . Then you wouldn't be waiting so long and as for the rims, your getting ripped off. If you did 5 mins of research you would have found a ton of better and less expensive choices.

So I'm bored and am apparently not done with this thread. I happen to have a bunch of pictures that I find humorous bookmarked. This looked like a good time to post it. The only difference between you and I on the e-thug deal is that I never once brought being face to face into the conversation. You did.

Now back to the original topic. I already answered your question in my 2nd post. The tails have been back-ordered for most dealerships for a few weeks now. As iyzmi has said, if you ordered them from an on-line dealer you would have them by now. Most of them have the tails as well as the other parts in stock. Since you already ordered them from the dealer, you will have to either be patient and wait for them to contact you, or go to the dealership and try and have them cancel those 3 parts and refund you the difference. I don't know how that will work though.

So you got the answer to your question twice now. If there is a mod on here, can this thread be locked now?
