looking for some music suggestions....
has anyone else had the issue of just not finding any music that they want to listen to anymore? the radio stations in atl just play the same four stupid (*&#%^ songs over and over, so i haven't been listening to the radio much at all lately. i've got gigs and gigs of mp3's, but don' have anything i really want to hear. i've been stuck listening to talk radio most of the time because they have something *new* all the time.
so, i was hoping you guys could give some suggestions on bands/groups/etc. i like anything with a good beat other than country and gospel. i have listened to a lot of pop, hip hop, trance, dance, techno, rock, electo, etc. i've kinda been searching for some good drum and bass.
so.... inputs? suggestions?
thanks in advance!!!!!

what, you don't like clicks n whistle's? I have officially hit the age barrier with music. I listen mostly to 80's pop and hiphop and early 90's rock including hairband. it's what I was in to. new rock is too whiney and bland. and kids today will say the same about whatever is new to them in the 2010's.

DJ Qbert
The Legion of Doom
Theres tons more out there in that genre but all that I can think of right now. I've heard good things about 3OH3. But have not checked them out personally.
Definately look into dragonforce if you havent done so already. Not "new" by any means but definately awesome musicians! Guitar Hero just made them super famous.
Oh, another not so new group, Portis Head!
Ill post more as it comes along.
