i'm suppose to go out and find a letter for a overdue payment. yeah. lame...
anyone ever have to send one of those before? you can strip all the contact and personal information off of it. thanks.

I've done it before but I just made my own letters on company letterheads. But better be legally safe on this. Oh yeah, you should know about their rights granted by Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which protects them from harrassment and gives them the right to request you to cease your collection effort.
