Whats up everyone. Well I've been thinking of getting a new car now but unsure of how much the monthly payments would be. I'm planning to get a MazdaSpeed 3 in about 2 or 3 month. My cousin is buying my tC ((sad to see it go)) and going to finish paying it off. The Speed 3 is about $23,100 i would most likely put a $3000 down payment and would finance it for 72 months. I'm judging the APR based on what my APR for my tC was which was 7.07%. Does anyone have an i dea what payments would be like with NY tax??

why dont you just use one of those payment calculators.
google it, im sure youll find something. ive used them before.
or go to the dealer and sit down with a salesman if you want an even more accurate number.

 

You need a larger down payment. I put $6000 down on my xD for.. 60mos, don't remember the APR, and its about $243/mo when I financed it for ~$13k.

hoodie has the best idea. Just walk in there and find out how much it would be.

 

well my cousin backed out on buying the car =( but ...........luckily i went to the dealer to ask about a trade in and the manager appraised my car and said if i make it completely stock he will give me $13,760 for my tc which is basically what i owe so im good with that but they estimated payments around $410 does that sound right??

 

Sounds about right if none of the trade-in value went towards the MS3 and you only had $3000 as a down payment. You should go back and see what kind of down payment it would take to get the kind of monthly payment you want to have.
