yeah i saw a bunch on ebay but they're all going for 40-60 bucks. makes more sense to me to buy the MGS Essential (MGS 1-3) collection for PS2 for $25 new. that way you dont need to spend even more $ on a gamecube controller + memory card to play it on Wii. i can just save all 3 games from Essential it on my PS3's hard drive and use the PS3 controller.

finished the game like last week and all i have to say is damn MGS4 is one hell of a way to end the series(supposedly). this has to be hands down the best MGS game by far, the story is deep and makes you almost feel like your in the game. in the morning i am a scionlifer but at night when i turn on the PS3 i am snake hahahah!! this game goes in my book as one of my fav games.
i finished the game earlier tonight.. and i agree with blacktrdtc... hads down the best mgs... soo many little things that pleased the fans/players of the original mgs :D.
"i had that dream again" ;) haha

This is the end of Snake's story. There will be a part 5. It will likely be about Naked Snake (aka Big Boss) or Raiden.
Big Boss' whereabouts between MGS3 (yes, you played as him, not solid snake) and MG1 (NES game... lol) aren't known. There's definitely a place to make Part 5 there.
Raiden's whereabouts between MGS2 and MGS4 (4-5 years between these events) are unknown. Definitely a good place to make Part 6.
That would solve the whole "Under Construction" items in the seen with Naomi.
MGO... I'm sick of lag exploiters and team killers (well, team CQCers). I wish the player base would mature out to something along the lines of Team Fortress 2... that'd be nice.

Man the new metal gear 4 is sick not ur usual metal gear where ur usually in a lab or a base. This one is a lil bit harder cuz of the open terrain where being invisible is almost hard to achieve but the camo suit is sick tho. Havnt beat it yet still on act 2 but so far game is crazy.
This is THE GAME to have if you own a PS3. (Or don't own a PS3, go get one!
) I like the fact that Snake's voice actor actually sounds older. It add a lot of depth to the game. I'm in the middle of Act 2 and so far it's incredible. For Hideo Kojima to create a game (I like to call MGS4 an 'interactive movie') that lives up to all the hype is amazing! I wish this game would win Game of the Year honors, but it's hard for a game to win when it's not cross-platformed.
I bought the LE pack with the extra Blu-Ray disc. I haven't watched it yet because I read that there are spoilers on it. You don't necessarily have to buy the LE pack but I do highly recommend the LE guide! It's a thing of beauty. I've read some of the guide (for Act 1) and now I want to go back and replay Act 1. Search around on the 'net. You can find it at a decent price.
