i used to have the paint program under accessories but it disappeared after i installed Microsoft Office 2003. I Think "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" replaced it but it does not include all the stuff Microsoft Paint included. I used Paint to block out my license paint from pictures so i can post them online. anyone have a solution?

 

Click 'Start' then 'Run...'

Then type in the box 'mspaint' and hit enter.

 

nop doesnt work, says "Windows can not find 'mspaint'" , i have Media Center if that makes a difference

Yeah, it is as powerful, only open-source and free. There are some skins out there to make all the menus and icons look the same as photoshop.
