it seems like they don't like how scion is doing the marketing campaigns.

it's typical to hate what you don't understand. The dumbest part is, scion uses an ad campaign for the xB2 that should have been used for the original xB. the xB2 is much more acceptable.

 

whateva. scion seems to know what they doing because their cars are still selling.

but that is to be expected with the downturn in the economy and the massive job losses going on.

But dont think I was bashing the xB2, I wasnt. I was just saying the commercial campaign there are using for it made no sense.

 

aww no big bird that wasn't aimed at u directly. im sure all automakers sales are down right now. but apparently some ppl are still buying scions. so i think that the ads for scion doesn't have much of a negative affect. i see new ppl on the boards here all the time.

 

honestly, the xb2 is frkn ugly. its not a box but its not a box

i like the xb 1's where it is distincively...a box.

 

i half agree with hooke. the 1st gen xb really stood out cause it was so distinctive. but in a way, the xb2 looks more aggressive. if done right, it looks like a gorilla

 

My only beef with the xb2 is I'd like RWD on something that big. I'd prefer it on the xb1, too, but it's not really necessary. As far as advertising, I'm a big fan of the Scion commercials. I hate commercials that insult you, like the Chevy one about the Silverado being good with gas. Scion commercials have never insulted, only intrigued.

 

17 strait months wow someone can spell on InsideLine.. this comment made me laugh: Scion is going to stay just like Kia. Its gonna be the low end hand me down of the parent company for a long time. since when did Scion have the quality of a Kia??
