name of that movie where they race across the US?

it was a documentary about a real life cannonball run/ gumball rally,
filmed in the 70's/80s
i don't think it was released yet. it was called like 48 hrs and 11 minutes or something...it looked good

i saw a link to it in this forum a while ago, but i guess the thread is deleted by now

I called the studio ...

, more like the owner's home I believe, looking for info on the movie. Turns out the movie was filmed in the early 80's, but the project was never completed. The owner of the studio, recently found the reels and the movie is now in production with a completion date later this year.

I recommend that you all go to thier website and sign up for the newsletter, it will give info on when the movie will be out and where to see it. Don't let this piece of history slip away.
