Here is my story I was driving home 11pm took a exit ramp and they had debris on the road moved to the side and my car hit the wall on driver side my rims messed up and tires blew. Then I call towing and a cop pulls up ask me what happen and gives me a careless operation ticket. I think it's bs. But just want to know if you or anyone you may know had this type of situation happen. My sister had the same kind of accident am was not ticketed.
How could I fight this.

 

I'm sure it depends on the cop... but the point probably is that if you were driving properly, you wouldn't have hit the debris and hit the wall in the first place. That's how I'd look at it anyway.

 

It was late night vision isnt as great as it is in day butYeah I'll have to deal with it. I'll see if I could change things on my court date. Think I just got the bad end of the stick. It's frustrating though. Thanks anyways

 

sux blown tire and rim and tix, talk to judge explain, def try to fight it. worst that happens is they find guilty

 

What were you doing to fly into the wall on the exit ramp to begin with????
