I like boost, good name since you said hes real playful. Fun, fast, etc. BOOST!
I always heard its best to name dogs with an E sound at the end. So it's higher pitched and easier for them to pick up on.

what does everyone think bout raz ? i want something short, could not think of anything that was car related that i liked. well i did but some of the names mentioned were other friends dogs names. so i cant copy.

Well, since I named our current pug Dikhedd..(he earned it, don't ask)
in the car/automotive vein.. all I can come up with is Packard, Nash,Jughead,Barney (Fife?)or Mater (from movie Cars)
