That was quick. I saw a post about this the other day and expected it to be a while still...

Yeah it was pretty quick- I didn't even expect to be up this soon, but it is and so far everything is working just fine for me =]

I'm not a fan of it. Who was in charge and decided to stream video as a site background, especially with such low resolution? I'm on a college campus with dual OC3 lines and the site runs very slow. The left-side menus is horribly designed as well, way too cluttered and all the links in the menu are little horizontal bars of a picture? I do like the right-side with all 3 vehicles ready for the user to click for more information. User experience may rate high, usability and GUI however, not so much. Just my opinion, what does everyone else think?

Ya, the blurry background video is a bit much. It's cool that they want to use the Scion United stuff... but not at that resolution. Make it a photo slideshow of the video... not the actual video.

Have you two tried looking at it as "mild" instead of "wild"? That will change the background of the video into a slide show

I do like the video in the background, but I can definitely see where it could pose a problem with either being too busy or just making the site run slow
