I think Meachem Jarrett or Smith would be nice for NO.

 

Their 'next level' QB's died in the 80's with Kosar and Testaverde.

But no doubt, no NCAA Div-I school has branded the NFL with more talent over the last 15 years than UM. All of their first rounders go on to be STARS at the next level. Their newest gift to the NFL = Devin Hester.

 

I'd like to see Hester at a diffeent position every once in awhile though.

I'm surprised both Steve Smith and Jarrett from USC are still on the boards.

 

Ted Gin should be with them too but whoops...

 

Well Culpepper could use another WR and Ginn was a good pick in my book.

Wish SD could've gotten Meachem, but hopefully they pick up either Smith or Jarrett. Jarrett I think will fit better cause SD doesn't have a big WR. But I like Smith cause he's from SO CAL!!!!

Gin isn't even 6 feet tall. He's a returner, not an NFL prototype WR. And Culpepper lol? There's no guarantee he's even going to be healthy enough to play again at 100%...ever. He's probably going to get dumped.

Leak is eligible but won't go until late Sunday along with Troy Smith.

 

you don't need to be 6 ft tall. there's still some wideouts that aren't taller than 6 ft.

Troy smith had a good year. Who esle was going to win it, Quinn?? Not so much, I like Quinn but the Heisman would've been a reach.

Patriots getting Randy Moss for only a fourth rounder made my weekend.

 

True enough, I think teams like Ohio State and Michigan are mad overrated, but he did do well. The only other player I could have thought of to take it would've been Russell. Some might sat Leak, but that hasn't panned out well in the NFL with QBs from Florida. I think they were trying to spare him.
