nomnomnom weird food combo thread.
What sounds like a weird/gross combination for food but is delicious?
Quite frankly; I won't eat oranges without salt now, my coworker introduced me to it a month back & now I won't eat them any other way.
ready...set...go....

That oreo cream towers ridiculous. I used to eat oreos religiously till I found out there was 55 calories in every oreo & the average person only burns 10 cals a minute on an elliptical. No way in hell is one single oreo worth 5.5 mins of cardio.
lmao, i don't think anybody here understand what a weird combo is. How is adding cheese to a pizza that contains cheese wierd? Just because it's nacho cheese? does that make pizza from CPK wierd because they use gorganzola and crap like that?
eggs and tabasco...that's weird b/c it's hot sauce? If you like hot sauce and you like eggs, then chances are, you will like it. Just like if you like hotsauce, you'll probably like it on ANYTHING unless it's something actually weird like like cake. hotsauce and cake would definitely be something wierd.
Not to say that some of these aren't wierd, like waffle with ketchup, but come on....celery with PB? That's probably the absolute most common way to eat that food. It's not wierd, it's actually the exact opposite.
maple syrup and bacon...so wierd that it's sold that way. If you go buy bacon made by farmer john, it usually is "maple bacon":
