Wow, okay first of all.. Just because he calls her baby doesnt mean anything is going on, and after 5 years she hasnt given you any reason to doubt what she says, why start now?

If the baby thing bothers you, address her like an adult and apologize for acting the way you did, and tell her that it bothers you that other guys call her that. It shouldnt be a big deal for her to tell him to stop or whatever.

Now, unless shes flirting with him and things, i wouldnt worry about it or jump to conclusions.

After the talk with her i would back off a little bit with talking to her and seeing her, let her know that it did bother you by your actions. If it bothers her that the situation hurt you, she will do anything to make it up to you. If she doesnt do anything about it or change anything, than i would leave her.
