Sweet, i just started and bought a 98 Custom too.
So far i just bought a new stock.

I found it for cheaper, but don't remember where. It was like 12$ + shipping.
It's great and durable. Only problem I had was i had to shave off some extra plastic for it to fit perfectly.
Otherwise, ITS GREAT FOR THE MONEY!
Next i plan on buying a barrel with the apex.
Can't decide yet!
M-16?!

compressed air is better for the guns.
but seeing as its a tippmann so its all mechanical you will be fine with co2.
PM me for more info guys, ill see what i can do

i know compressed air is better for the gun, but like i said its more difficult to find places to fill it. plus i think im gonna get an expansion chamber to make it a little better
its really not that big of a diff, especially on tippmanns, unless your running the E-trigger.
when the co2 tanks are filled they are filled using a larger cylinder that contains a syphon tube, the syphon tube allows liquid as well as gas to enter your smaller tank.
so basically, when your shooting theres a little liquid going though your gun too, not to mention co2 is muuuuch colder than n2. obviously neither liquid nor extreme cold are good for electronics.
the only downside of running co2 on your gun is it will eat your o-rings away a little faster and your shots will be less consistence due to the lack of a reg. on the tank.
