I refuse to deal with Paypal. They make it impossible to use. 3% fee is a joke. And if you get into a disputation forget ever using your account again. F Paypal...

Well, i call my friend tell her what happened, so she calls PayPal. Her account too was -$695!! PayPal tells us that they never recieved payment from her. She goes digging through her Bank account statements for that month and it DOES show that PayPal drafted $695 from her account!!! She faxed the statements to PayPal and they never got back with us. We called sometime later and they tell us the same thing. Plus they tell us they never recieved the statements, etc. So we did it again, and bam, the same result. So outta the whole ordeal they got 3 payments of $695 out of us. The original $695 that was sent, $695 from my account, and ANOTHER $695 from her account. So PayPal racked up a total of $2,085 from us! They did us seriously wrong.

/\/\ oh wow, i forgot, it was over $2K they took from us. Oh well, no point in pursuing that because it would end up costing way more to solve and be a waste of several months

You probably enrolled in the Money Market account that paypal offers at some point in time.

I currently earn %5 on my balance.

What is this 3%? I've sent money and been sent money and never had to deal anything with 3%. I even send my car payment through paypal to my other bank account and i have no idea about this 3%...but I see sometimes in the classifieds, some people say add in a 3% paypal fee...
