This is not the actual study I remember reading about, but at least it suggests the same thing.

Eh, I did it as a kid and rarely if ever get sick. But yes, I always drank a lot of OJ and ate a lot of fruits and veggies too. Grew up on a farm in Italy so all the food was right from the ground. Just lucky I guess....

It depends. You can either use the "shake" method (which has the potential to be messy) or you can use TP and be a little neater.
That brings up an interesting point...if girls didn't have TP available when you finish peeing, could you accomplish the same thing by bouncing up and down?
