Default Photoshop help please, nothing difficult

Could someone please remove the uprights from the rack so it seems like the young lifter is bearing the weight? Thanks a lot in advance.

that's actually a taller order than you might think... would be tricky to make it convincing, probably about 4 hours at $125/hr.

the ball in the background would present the biggest challenge, then the poster on the wall, and the back corner of the room (all behind the left upright) the floor isn't too bad, but the remainder of the weight behind the right upright would be tricky too.

Oh ok thanks. I wasn't looking for perfection or anything, just for fun and a good laugh.
