Hey, I've been trying to post a picture on Craigslist. I'm using photobucket. I can post a link to the picture. But it (Craigslist)won't let me post the actual picture. If it does it posts a warning that there is "insecure data do you want to open?" I dont want that message coming up in my ad. Can anyone help? I spent hours trying to conquer.
I hate when tech kicks my ****.

 

have you tried using HTML codes? maybe you have to enable cookies or something.. cause when i post i just use HTML and it works fine. maybe post the link?

 

Does the file actually end in .jpg? I think you should be able to get the HTML code from photobucket... it should work fine.

You could always use the Upload part of the add posting... I think it says "add a picture" or something.

 

Thanks for the responses. I am using the HTML link right from photobucket that ends with JPG. One of the links gets me a "click on" link in my ad. The other one, causes the warning message "unsecure data" to display in my ad. I am in a part of Craigslist where if you want pics, you have to do them by HTML.

Any other ideas?
