program that reads what u type help

i use to have a program where you can type a sentence, then the program would read it back to you. you could change the tone, pitch voice and other crap, anyone have something like this?

i found some at cnet.com in the download section, but their pretty basic and dont have the voice changing options.

What I use is Dragon Naturally Speaking 7

If you really want something to use. Best open market program I have found.
