So I have a HTC Touch Pro "smart phone" now and it keeps randomly rebooting. I searched about it on Google and apparently I'm not the only one getting this problem. Some people suggest performing a "hard reset" immediately after getting the phone to go ahead and prevent this and other misc. bugs. I read that a "hard reset" basically wipes out everything and reinstalls Windows mobile or whatever...I know I'll lose my contacts, but what about programs that came already installed on the phone? Such as windows office, games, etc etc...
