im going back tomorrow for a follow up, plus theres no front bumper at all, apparently hes related to another guy that works there that has a Tahoe on 26"s with a Strut grill that looks sick but i guess he didnt get the good genetics

Judging by tail lights, wheels, and roof line, that is a 93-97, which would have come with the optional factory dual, even on a 6 banger. it is something that you never see really, since it was a rather expensive option for just something that said "GM Performance Parts"

 

yeah they were ghetto chrome/rust tips so they probably werent factory
