I love my xB, there is nothing else like it out there for the price you pay for it. I can't believe that I still have people asking me questions at the gas station about it. I find it pretty kool though. Yea I wouldn't trade it for anything at the moment, it definitely holds its own, and fits my personality (atleast thats what everyone says).

I liked my tC for the first 6 out of the 7 months that I've had it. But I'm trading it in for an 05 Sti. It just doesn't do it for me anymore.

toyota created scion to pull in younger buyers in hoping the next car they buy will be a toyota and then a lexus after that.

My Xa was mostly a purchase to rid myself of high gas consumption. The whole process of buying the car was delightfull, and has made a long term Toyota owner out of me. If scion is still appealing when the time comes, YES I'll buy anither one...

My xA was to get myself out of high fuel consumption when I relocated to California.

I'd already owned a Toyota.

I wanted something bigger with a little more comfort and a little more power, buttons, safety.

I'm sacrificing a bit in fuel now but it's still better consumption than my Honda Element.
((02 Jetta GLS))

I started thinking about how I wanted to get a car that was once 20k+ brand new and had it's depreciation and give Euro a shot now.

the tc was just a nice daily driver for me. my crx has no ac or power steering. i needed something to drive that was more comfortable. the gas mileage is actually worse in the tc, but have you ever tried driving in thepouring rain on a 95 degree day with no ac?

I love my xA. Ive thought many a time about trading it in. Once for a 05 Acura RSX Type-S, a 2000 Civic Si, a 1999 BMW M3, a 2003 Audi A4 Avant 1.8T, a 2004 VW Jetta GLI, and a 2004 Subaru WRX STi. I thought about it all, but my big thing is autocross, and i love the size of the car, and the look is cool. So everytime i consider buying something else, i throw a mod on there, usually nothing major just something to change it up a little bit. Over the summer, ill prolly end up swapping the engine with something turbo. So that'll keep me happy for a bit. Anyway just my .02 cents on Scion. and also the scene is amazing, everyone helps everyone else out and everyone is good people. Thats another reason im keeping my Scion. You cant go to Scion meets with a Honda or you'd get shot at. And i love the meets.

I love my tc- it's the most powerful car i've ever owned (Had a saturn twin cam and a ford escort before it) and definitely the most stylish (see previous). Just wish the gas mileage was better...

You must have your own private oil well somewhere. What's the average 60's mopar get....like maybe 12 MPG?

Anyhow....I really like our two Scions. I've owned much nicer and much more expensive vehicles, but the xA and xB just seem to "suit" us well. I love the economy and the styling. Plus it's put me in the best financial situation I've ever been in with a car. I'm going to have my xA completely paid off and it's only going to have about 10k miles on it AND still have about 3 years of warranty left!!!

I love my xA but I am buying a lexus as soon as I can afford one. As soon as I can swing the monthly payment I'm going for an IS or GX.

Im graduating from school, got a job as an accountant, so as long as I can resist the urge to mod the tC, I should be driving an is250 within the year. I love the Scion scene, but I want more luxury in my car. Everytime I sit in my friend's TL, Im sold on luxury.

I have no loyalty -- whatever is best for the money. I suspect lots of people are like that. If GM could figure that out, they wouldn't be in so much trouble.

I totally agree with this. I would never buy a car based on the manufaturer. When time comes for my next car I will search the current listings of what being made and impulse buy again. The tC fit my needs the week I bought it. I wont by another scion for the simple sake of it being a scion. I will buy another scion if its the car to buy when I am ready. If not, then another manufacturer will get my business.
