Let's see here...Mustang, Evo, F150, NSX, H2, Corvette, Firebird...

Yeah a tC fits in there perfectly doesn't it?

:-p Yeah, fits RIGHT in there.. I guess they're doing it cos of the tuner market is so accepting of the tC IRL... They had two Civics, after all, in the initial release of the XMods (blue and black). And a RSX-TypeS. Though that's not exactly a tuner favorite.. But they do have a history of the sport compact models in XMods...

...and if you're buying a tC for speed, the same holds true.

like the tC though, these things are highly customizable and that's the appeal. real cars or r/c, it's less about *****-to-the-wall speed and more about choosing a fun, economical platform and seeing how far you can push it.
Not buying already bought, and I got it because I like the styling. If I wanted a faster car I make enough money to get a Evo IX MR, STi or even M3 if I really wanted to splurge. But like I said, I bought my tC because I like the way it looks, but that doesnt mean I don't want to make my tC a little quicker. After I trade in my tC in 2 years im most likely going to get a 2500HD DuraMax Silverado and lift the hell out of it. And if you're wondering why I didnt get the Evo, STi or any other box stock car whats the fun in buying something that's already tweaked out. I like the fun in building something the way you want it to be.

Oh and I was never hating on XMOD's, I have one, Just saying if your looking for speed in these little things you need to look to something gas powered instead. Ive gone through quite the colection of RC cars through the years.

Now if they would only come out with a tC body for my RS4, I would be all over it! The RS4 has much more customization options than the XMOD's.

You can race my 1/10 Scale truck... LoL... my RS4 is out of commision right now.

I have invested, over initial cost:

XMOD: $0

HPI RS4: $300

XXXNT Losi Truck: $900+ Maybe over a grand.

My micro's are just my fun put around toys, Racing off-road is where the real fun is for me. Try jumping over a bus length with a XMOD or RS4 and see how well it turns out when they land...LoL

Have you checked into the modded XMODS? They have them in the 57mph+ range, last time I was into them. for the scale and the price I think thats pretty damn good! Im sure they have gotten them faster now, When I stopped messing with mine they had people talking about going 70mph.

They're pretty darn excellent for the price range. More than enough to keep me entertained. I wish I had the money to get a really nice gas-powered rwd r/c car, but I don't have any business spending that kind of money, not with what I owe on the tC and the credit card for her upgrades..
