Default Scion xB 2004, Abandoned on the Side Road? Why?

Hi, a neighbor pass today on the highway and found a nice old car, Made in Japan. Scion xB 2004. abandoned? There is no plate number. I assume that the town will have this car on auction for like $650.
This will cover the towing, storage, and the Police Donuts? Here on scionlife.com platform there is a way of helping that driver?

I say that in case this can happened in the future to anyone with a Scion xB 2004, what they can do in this unfortunately situation?

Thank you.

My neighbor stop to check at this abandoned car.

All the door are locked. The inside is in very good shape.

There is no plate number? The plate number do not melt or evaporate.

This is in Pennsylvania. I was thinking that this will happened only in California.

Why someone will leave a clown hat in the window?

___

Well, could be a number of reasons, peeps Abandon GF's, Wives, Discard Junk, Beer Cans, Bodies, Cars on the Side of the Road. B/c They Do.
No license plates could even mean an abandon stolen vehicle use for a commission of a crime.

Why someone will leave a clown hat in the window? Perhaps, he was a Clown. He left a Clue.

Now, that you mentioned it. Don't YOU own a 2004 xB? Hmmm...I Wonder...a Strange Coincidence..

Hi to everyone, I think I may find a solution to my question. "in case this can happened in the future to anyone with a Scion xB 2004, what they can do in this unfortunately situation?"
There is a #GoFundMe. And new I think we can set-up a Bitcoin donation on-line.
How do you all feel about that?

Thank you.

Often people abandon a car because of necessity or because they do not have the finances to maintain it.

If finances are difficult, wouldn't it make more sense to just sell it? Then you'd at least get something rather than nothing.
