Anyone up for ___ Camping?
Hey Guys and Gals,
Would anyone else lurking be interested in a ___/___ friendly scion camping trip in July? There is this ___-owned campground, don't worry, it's more like a resort, in Eastern PA, half way between Philly and NYC.
This is not a place for wild action, rather an upscale place for people to relax and have some mild fun. This is not Hillside campground, if you are familiar with the ___ camping scene.
The cost would depend on the type of site and equipment, but would be under $100 for 3 days and 2 nights. You don't need to have equipment. I have extra. We are already fixed on July 7th -9th, 2006.
We have 4 definites and 2 maybes. PM me for more info, location, etc. I'll leave this post up, so if you see it months down the road, drop me a line.
You don't have to be ___, but you need to be at least ___ friendly. Nothing bad is going to happen to you, but I just don't want any misunderstandings. Also, if you want a better description of the crowd, facilities, activities, what to expect, etc, PM me.
I also think it would be really cool to see 6 or more scions lined up at a ___ locale. THAT would show the VW guys.
If we could get 10 or more, I would consider a show with prizes.

The Miata guys think they own that darn place! I've never seen another Scion, but I have seen quite a few Elements and boatloads of PTs. I took mine up the first weekend I had it. Most guys had not seen one before and were all over it. The SUV guys were so jealous :-)
I also found the spare tire net can be stretched between your tailgate struts and used to dry your clothes!
