Just wondering if anyone else on SL skateboards. I just bought my first one today for like 35 bucks and my neighbor gave me some trucks, wheels, and bearings in exchange for buying him a Chocolate deck at the skate shop we went to today.

If you do ride, post some pics of anything, your board, you and your board, you riding or whatever. I'll post some pics of mine when I get the chance.

 

I've been skating sine 1984. I live in portland and is pretty much the mecca of skateboarding.

i still skate, but i still use my board from back in 1998 i think or a few years before. I still ride Chad Muskas rising sun Shorty board. With black magic griptape, i forgot what the trucks were, the wheels were birdhouse, with speed demon (i think bearings)

 

Never stop skating you will regret it. I skated downtown Portland last night, then bought a sixpack of Full Sail, and played GTA 4 till it was time for bed.
