Went to the mall to get some food, while going down the freeway I drove over a plastic bag I could not manuever around it nor slow down so this things catches beneath my car and melts to my midpipe. I pull into the mall park farthest away and jack my car up to take a look and there it is dangling in it's glory...

A few seconds after I got the car jacked up some old lady stepping out of her cadilac gives me a rather nasty stink eye. As I'm pulling the bag out of my exhaust it's taking me a few minutes just because it was all melted on. While laying beneath my car I could see in the distance two small wheels I thought it was a stroller of some sort so I kept working. Yaking on the very few pieces of plastic I could manage to yank of was followed by a strong "excuse me, sir" It was not a stroler but infact our city's finest telling me to move along standing there the entire time making sure I leave promptly.

aparantly from that makes of it the old lady thought I was going to steal her car she ran inside to JcPenny to tell mall security on me. awesome!

sheesh, what else could happen.

 

He could have decided to ticket you for modifications to your car. He could have decided to arrest you for the modifications to your car. He could have decided to check and found you have parts on your car without visible serial numbers (meaning the courts assume they've been stolen) and decided to have it crushed on the premises. He could have beaten you, tasered you, shot you if you had been less than obedient and calm during your interaction. The old lady might have decided to mace you. or shoot you.

So, there's a WHOLE bunch of ways your day could have been worse.
