I think i'm fixed now. Haven't craved either for the past week and have started exercising full time to increase my lung capacity lol. It's amazing what kind of stuff you hack up after being a smoker so long and just quitting.

but how long had u been smoking for?
Alright I am now on about two weeks of being off cigarettes and beer and I am definitely in the clear now. I no longer crave cigarettes to release stress and have taken to some other things like working out more, improving my relationship with god, and finishing up my degree. Hopefully I can stay strong and keep away from it....
