socal sunset
normally this time of year we're overcast most of the day..."june gloom" but today was extraordinary. it's generally either overcast or sunny but the clouds today were awesome so i ran down to the beach to snap a few shots. (*edit* after posting this i realize pretty clouds probably aren't that big of a deal to people elsewhere 
)
anyway, here they are:
racing down to the beach to beat the sun going below the fog over long beach.
maneuvered across pch.
looking southwest.
looking south.
walking home....being a midwesterner, i'll never tire of palm trees.

And yeah the clouds yesterday were awesome. I was driving out to citywalk, otherwise I would have been out taking pictures at the beach as well...but I got some pretty cool ones on my phone of the clouds from the freeway.
