3 problems = lemon law, even for something like an iPod. If you have the extended warranty thru bestbuy, they have to replace the product, it's in there somewhere. It happened with my TV, had no problems getting it completely replaced.

So you and your buddies are Best Buy employees... WOW!!!

I probably pay more in taxes than what you make.

I've been to many mom/pop stores and those guys know what they're talking about. Many of them are opening up businesses to be their own bosses. Smaller businesses have more to lose that stores like Best Buy. A smaller business will cringe at the threat of a law suit by a customer. Best Buy have high priced lawyers that will make anyone thinking of suing them crawl back in their hole.

Most people who work at Best Buy barely knows the difference between a hole on the ground than the hole on their ****. Don't worry, I'm not singling you out. I used to work at Radio Shack in my younger years. And like you... I too thought I was hot ****. But after I finished college and got a real career, I finally realized that people who make careers out of those holes are no brighter than a flashlight without batteries.

 

It’s true, some people that work at best buy are stupid, but that’s true with EVERY STORE. Best Buy has a lot of knowledgeable employees, and i know that for a fact. Stop saying it’s just best buy w/ the morons, b/c it sure isn’t. cwayne, you really need to grow up. Don’t criticize other people for working at best buy. Your braging about how you have paid more in taxes than them? You don’t know them or their situation, so just do us all a favor and stfu.

The Best Buy fanboys totally think they're Einsteins while the customer they screwed they look at as the idiot.

Remember that the customer owes Best Buy NOTHING. Yet they have the audacity to think that the guy is an idiot for losing his temper after the "geniuses" in blue lost his data?

There are SOME smart people working in Best Buy and other retail store. Guess what, smart people do NOT stay in a place that pays a nickel over minimum wage. I used to get mad when I shop at those places on how clueless their employees are. However, you can't expect a bright person to stay in a dead end job making barely enough to put cat food on their table.

 

i see what your saying, but i really dont think they are that stupid. I guess its because i never really need help finding things, I usually know a lot about a product before i buy it. That way i can get in, then out. I guess i just haven't had a bad experience yet. But sometimes when i am getting video games i do hear some stupid employees that know nothing, and i want to turn around and smack them. I mean everyone has to start somewhere, and i guess some people choose best buy.

 

I don't hate them in general. I just try to understand. Fact: a "smart" person wouldn't stay in a job like that.

It just angers me when idiots defend incompetent employees who screw their customers and ridicules them for getting mad.

Remember that customers are the ones who put food on their table. They deserve respect specially when it is the employee who fu$ked up.

i had some great help from bestbuy too. they know alot about the cameras they are selling, and even though they may suck at guitar hero (they had a mini cometition and i got pretty high XD and no that doesnt count against them) they know their games too.
