Speeding Ticket Advice
Ah, but thats just in california. I dont have that option out here. Usually what happens, is when you go to the courthouse for the trial, the ADA (assistant district attorney) pulls you aside and looks over your record (mine is clean) and then offers a lesser plea. You can take it and see the judge for sentencing, or deny the plea and give it your best shot with the judge. That website is useful, but only for californians - unfortunately!

Not trying to not take responsibility for my actions lol I feel like a little kid when people speak to me like that. I had my cruise set at 65 in a 55 -10 over. He claims to have clocked me at 68 (when it was in reality the car passing me!) in a 45 work zone, which is not the case, I hadn't come to the work zone yet. So if he gave me a general 10 over for speeding, i'd pay it, but he gave me a 23 over in a work zone...BS
