I wonder how much the refs were paid to fix the game?

Good thing I dont give a crap about either team

Those were some of the worst calls I have ever seen. If I were a seahawks fan I'd be ____ed!!

Trust me, we are

Oh well, lessons have been learned in this game for the Seahawks and their fans. You can only win the Bowl.. only if you cheat

That is not even funny! Things here in Pittsburgh are crazy, they have blocked off most of the major streets in the city here so people can run the streets and scream.

my score was Seattle 17
Steelers 14

but thanks to 2 poor ref calls (there were more than that) it was a different outcome. I hate it when the refs determine the outcome of the game.

either way, congrats to the Steelers for a great year. now the real question:
does the Bus stay or retire?

Did the Hawks play well enough thru the whole game to win??? no.... 2/3 maybe....

BUT yes a few of those calls were BS and took the wind from their sails....... down to the letter.... i guess that offensive PI in the endzone was there.... he did touch the Deffensive player... but it was incidental....
that endzone touchdown where the HAWKS appeared to stop Rothsberger(sp?? have no clue).... hawk fans will always say we stoped him... Steelers will always say he made it..... REFs are just counting the cash they made under the table ..... to close to call on that one... at least replay the down.. lmao
AND how do you tackle a player and get called for an illegal chop block??? wtf??? im still tryin to figure that out!!!

BUT no the Hawks couldnt over come a few bad calls....and focus...
Steelers came out in 2nd half and fixed some stuff and won... outplayed us... even with out REF help

btw what happend to that steeler that got fliped up, landed head first then hit in the back???? we saw him go down.. in pain... but didnt hear any follow up... any1???

Who cares. The Super Bowl is more hype than Valentines Day in my opinion. Everyone is "supposed" to watch the super bowl because it is the "cool" thing to do. This is my fourth year in a row NOT watching the super bowl. Do I feel left out? Nope. I am glad I didn't waste that portion of my life watching meaningless television. The only reason I would watch the super bowl is to see the commercials and those are up on the internet by the time the game is over anyway.

Worst officiating ever. Not a single controversial call (or non-call) went Seahawks way... In fact, a clear Steelers defensive off-sides ended up getting called as a weak Seahawks hold to negate a pass to the 1 yard line. Seahawks could have corrected some mistakes, but they definitely played well enough to win and should have, if not for the dirty refs.

I totally agree, anyone who is a Steelers fan know that they stole the game because those calls were just horrible. But anyways, life goes on.

He's retiring. You have got to be completely stubborn to not retire on top. For you hockey fans out there, when I heard Andreychuk was coming back, I was like "he's gonna ruin it". Same situation with MJ.

The player for the Steelers that was upended and hurt was Antwaan Randle El...He came back in and played after half time...As a matter of fact, he was the one that threw the touch down to Hines Ward...I love my Steelers...Super Bowl XL Champs!!!!

regardless to who took home the trophy, everyone inculding the stealers know that Seattle really won the game. That's all that matters.
