Summer Tours/Festivals---METAL MAYHEM at its BEST
This summer has a great line up thus far.
The Unholy Alliance Tour 2006 was just announced which will feature: SLAYER, CHILDREN OF BODOM, LAMB OF GOD, MASTODON, and THINE EYES BLEED
And then there is the Sounds Of The Underground Tour 2006 that will feature: GWAR, CANNIBAL CORPSE, IN FLAMES, BEHEMOTH, TRIVIUM, AS I LAY DYING, TERROR, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, THE CHARIOT, and THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD
And there is Ozzfest...which has, uhhh...supposedly...confirmed...UNEARTH, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, DISTURBED, AVENGED SEVENFOLD...uhh...hmmm...yeah, ____ ozzfest.
And Warped Tour...looks like it has Dropkick Murpheys and Nonpoint....

ah...the initial dates have been realease for Unholy Alliance. None in the southeast unfortuntly.
Slayer are now shooting for a fall release through American/Warner for their as-yet untitled new album which they are currently recording with producer Josh Abraham (Velvet Revolver, Staind), with executive production by Rick Rubin (System Of A Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers). Tentative song titles announced so far include:
"Catalyst"
"Cult"
"Supremist"
"Consfearacy"
In the meantime, initial dates have been revealed for the bands "The Unholy Alliance Tour - Preaching To The Perverted" trek, which also sees Lamb Of God, Mastodon, Children Of Bodom and Thine Eyes Bleed on the bill, here's the stops so far:
