We got working on this yesterday and after not single, not double, but TRIPLE lining most of it I was able to go home and to sleep. In two weeks we are coloring in the background and shading, and two weeks after that we are coloring in the other little parts and hopefully I'll be all done I was raised between Seattle and Guam, mom in Guam, dad in Seattle. So this is really more of a tribute to where I'm from and the places I've been fortunant enough to call home. The Guam side is going to have Japanese waves for the background and the Seattle side will have the Japanese style smoke flowing in a spiral behind it while the center heart will have a big sunset behind it that will go behind both the waves and the smoke to tie it all together.

And the lining? That took a good 7 hours, very very slow work but the lady was really good.
