Those are Chuukese tribal dolphins, it's a rescue diver thing ancient legend is that when the men would go out to gather food from the ocean for the villages three dolphis would come protect them from the dangers of the sea. Once a few events take place with you durring your rescue diver career it's kind of a right of passage. I got those and the island of Guam outline done a while ago before I even moved back to the states and I had this big picture in my mind.
