yup, 405 is THE worst. In fact, LA Traffic is the worst/most congested in the NATION i believe. So I say this in a friendly way, but quit your complaining;-)

Yeah i've been to nyc myself, while the drivers DRIVE differently than those in LA, I think LA Traffic is by far worse.

LOL try taking 5 freeways to get to work everyday! I get to take all the fun ones here in So Cal--> 10 to the 710 to the 91 to the 110 (small) to the 405! Whooooooo

Haha one day it took almost 3 hours to get home (27 miles)

And SquallLHeart is right-- Rush "hour" is not just an hour long =/

HOUSTON TRAFFIC SUCKS!
I feel you on the crap traffic in Houston. I bought my tC (manual) right before I moved to Houston last June, and lived up 290 right outside of the beltway. 20 miles: hour and half drive to and from work. My left leg almost fell off. Now I work and live inside the loop: much better. But now, with many of the side street lights out or blinking red, I have the same problem. Yesterday, 5 mile drive from work to apartment: hour and 15 minutes.

Yeah I stayed out in Katy with some friends during the storm. We lucked out and didn't lose power but just dealing with everyone coming out to Katy because it was one of the few places with gas, was nuts.

Amen to that, brother! I only drive 5 miles each way. When the weather is nice I ride my scooter.
