anybody heavy into UFC or watch it at all???
They are back with season 3 and it looks to be a bad a** one at that
with Tito Ortiz and Ken Shamrock as coaches, who HATE eachother with a passion
I think some good, hard brawling will be going down between them and the 2 teams
Anyone have pre-season predictions????

I use to go to school with a guy on there.. Seth Petruzelli (www.silverbackseth.com)
I haven't been watching it lately, but I need to.

Should be a good season. I like the changes they made forcing the fighters to well uhh fight
So far I like Tito's method of training but that is just from what I have seen on the short clips of the show. Who knows what its like in real life.

been following UFC since the start, actually been following alot of K-1, PRIDE, PIT, FULL CONTACT, & STREET style fighting since the 70's in the Far East.
shamrock is old school style, lot of technique. he has been around the circuit. not only in UFC but also fighting in japan. he has heart, but he is getting old. he needs to be quicker in executing his technique with accuracy, and follow up with his relentless pounding in order to stay in the game.
ortiz's luck was being a alternate and making his mark in UFC. don't get me wrong, he has skills and he's a young one, and remember, he's the HB BAD BOI. He still has a promising career, but he needs to get back in the game. after losing to liddell, things have changed a bit in the UFC for him.
I would like to see him in the Far East fighting international fighters in different circuit fighting guys like SAKURABA "GRACIE HUNTER".
I do like his style of trianing and being more hands on with his fighters on the 3rd season.
Lets see how the English Bulldogs will perform.

my thursday nights are spoken for... Ive been so into UFC since WAY back when they didnt have weight classes. remember the old fools who would come in the ring with full kimonos and get choked out with them! season 2 was great, season 3 looks to be even better.
in just about a month, Gracie vs. Hughes. Ground and pound versus bjj, even though matt hughes is well versed in submissions. remember the opposite side arm bar he did on GSP with less than 10 secs left in the first round. that was incredible. what i really wanna see is hughes vs st pierre again. anyone know if the hughesgracie fight is a title fight??? cause i wanna see hughes and stpierre for the title...
ive only seen a couple fights from ufc and pride and from my perspective pride fights seem way more interesting
does anyone care to enlighten me on which ones are better to watch ?
