Vanessa Williams is an idiot (Neighborhood Ball)
She is reading the teleprompter to get people to text their pics in and she keeps saying text OBAMA to and the number, but instead of saying to she spells it out.

well if you were watching ABC (the Neighborhood Ball) Vanessa Williams is reading from a teleprompter.
She is supposed to say Text OBAMA to 53***
Instead she is saying Text OBAMA T-O 53***
She is spelling out TO instead of just saying TO
