well basically the first one is a convo between verizon and a user. he went to canada and they quoted him .002 CENTS per Kilobyte, he used 35,896K...he got his bill and he was charged $71. He called them and he talked to two different managers first a male then a female. They both said the .002 cents was a right quote and that .002 cents x 35896 was $71 when in fact it is $.71. he basically calls them idiots(without actually saying it) and trys to get them to understand what is going on.

the second is the same. except its a different person and they are talking about data in the states and he is quoted .015(i think) cents and is charged .15.

The third is a guy doing some baisc math and calculating the difference between them making .002 cents and .002 dollars. and at the quoted .002 CENTS they should get like $37,XXX for 10 people at the 35896K for a year. But at the .002 DOLLAR rate they get like 3 million something...

This is crazy. I used to work at Verizon as a customer service agent. This is some funny sh*t. Ive had calls like this and when ever I would get an azz like this, I would just transfer them.

If you have just a basic phone and not a PDA phone, you dont have to worry about data usage

Like this . . . . . A - Z - Z. No I was just saying it. Yeah I know he was right. I did the math myself. I just dislike people like this guy. He could have said it in a nicer tone of voice. There was no need for him to sigh when they asked him a question. Its sucks though

if it's .002 cents in the brochure and they charge .002 dollars, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I have a verizon phone and I've never had trouble with them. If fact, I think verizon has the best customer service out of all the networks.

I also work for cingular and they're very strict about old brochures being on the sales floor. A minor detail like that in the brochure not complying to the bill means TROUBLE!

Thats stupid. How can you fall for it. If thats what they say it is and its in black and white then its wrong and its fraud. Oh i know how...i guess he didn't read the japanese in the contract that read: We say .002 cents but by signing this contract you agree to pay $.002.
