Default Virtual Body Shop?

http://virtualbodyshop.com/
http://www.stlouis.bbb.org/commonrep...mpid=310025260

My mother dented and scratched the front bumper on her Cooper S. I thought that I would check salvage for her while she gets an estimate from a body shop.

So far, only Virtual Body Shop has responded claiming that they have a new bumper in my color, however, I do not think that I specified the colour on the salvage search site. After reading over their site, they must be painting new bumpers as they are requested.

The cost is $350 shipped for the bumper, which seems low.
The BBB review shows that they try to resolve disputes.

I probably will recommend against them, but I was hoping that somebody on here might have had a positive experience with this company.

Thanks

I used them to replace both the rear and front bumpers on my honda a few years ago. I got both replaced for less than the local body shops quoted me to replace just the rear. No problems, bumpers still look good.
