if you look at the 7 series beemer in the first picture, it has a washington plate, the other Z has an Oregon plate. The blurred out licence plate on the Enzo is an Oregon plate.
Now simple deduction asks, how many enzo's are there in Oregon? How many people in Oregon collect exotic cars and were asked to buy an Enzo....

That guy could start his own racing series using only his cars. I doubt most of those cars have any more than a couple of miles on them. Its nice seeing stuff like that because the cars are appreciated and are kept perfect for historical value, however, its also sad that these cars are wasted by never/rarely being driven and kept in a cage for all/most of their lives.

He probably never drives any of them. A lot of wealthy people who build a collection like that, do so as an investment. Peolpe like Jay Leno (who actually drives the cars in his amazing collection) are rare.
