i do some light repair/rebuild on the side, mostly as a hobby as i love the 60s-80s sieko watch, but do have love for all watches, the bottom is a seiko 5actus i just finished, it had a faceted mineral crystal but i had to replace it with a flat after the only faceted crystal i could find was 4x what i paid for the watch
As far as good watches i currently have
Omega cosmic
Omega 18k winder(early 60s)with original box(pictured)
Omega Deville(70s) shark mesh original bracelet
Omega SS automatic Pie-pan
Tag Heuer Formula1
Tag Heuer Aquaracer
Rolex mod#16600 Seadweller-I need a factory bracelet if anyone can source one
After being in the pawn industry for seven years ive developed a bad watch habit, i like em nice and i like em expensive, that being said I have no greater joy with my watch habit than repairing and wearing what was one a lost cause and given up on so long ago

Thats quite a collection. My Rolex and Panerai top my collection list. I also have a few lesser cost watches, though I love them too. My most sentimental is the Seiko automatic my folks gave me in 1976 for my 16 th birthday. I have an Invicta railroad watch , a Wenger Swiss Army, and several Bulovas. I'll have to take a picture soon for posting.

just picked it up today, my watch fetish and my car a clashing for my money and there can be only one lol
all things considered its clean, all original parts(bracelet is shot though) minor scratching of the crystal, which isnt bad for a 40yo watch and it runs like a champ. serial of the movement puts it @ a 1970 with a 562 mvmt.

Lol i liked it alot,i wish i couldve found a faceted mineral crystal for it like it had for the factory but alas im not putting a 75 dollar crystal in a 15 dollar watch.
If youre looking for a seiko with the Kanji date i recently bought another one with a Tobacco brown dial, gold case and a leather bracelet
