Honestly I'ld like either one to win. I want to see Kobe win w/o the big douche. I also want to see Pierce and Garnett get a championship. When it comes down to it though, I believe Boston will be victorious and here's why. The history of that team. The players on that team are playing for the team and know and respect the history that team has. It seems like everyone on the lakers are playing just to prove Kobe can win without Shaq. The heart and passion of that team just isn't as big as Boston's imo.

 

Ugh... game 2 was really disappointing to me, a LAKERS fan.

Its basically 5 vs. 8 With those 3 zebra's giving ticky tack fouls on the lakers and decide to swallow their whistles when LA gets hacked.

I hate the Red Sox. I hate the Bruins. If Boston had a badmington team I'd hate them too, but ever since I was a kid, I've loved the Celtics. Why? They had my favorite player on there, the Post Move Messiah himself, Kevin McHale. Years later, and my other favorite player, for all the same reason, KG, is now a Celtic. I'll never count a team with Kobe out, but I am so hoping that a player like KG can get a championship.


And he'll never be as great, but is it just me, or is Paul Pierce channeling Bird? I never knew he was this good. All these years of watching him and I never had a single clue he could do half the stuff he's doing right now. Actually, I knew he was good, but right now he's great!
