The cut doesn't even look bad. Clean it out, cover it up and it will be gone in a week. And maybe this will influence you to not buy such expensive jeans next time.

agreed. he is just asking a simple question, no need to flame.

to the OP, i would check it out, they may not be able to help you, but they could remove those nails or cover them up so no one else hurts themeselves or worse, their cars.

I heard about a story where this guy was robbing a house, fell though the roof onto the kitchen knife set and cut himself open, then sued the homeowners. And won the case.

I doubt it's true, but i'd go for it if you got the free time. Worth a shot.

Also the lady that sued mcdonalds for not warning her that her hot coffee was... hot, and won that lawsuit also, now theres huge bold text cautioning you of the obvious.

Also, don't park so friggin close to the wall. You must have some decent depth perception.

I would talk to the city health dept. as well. If I had been Gouged like that I would be on the phone to at least get my clinical fees taken care of. Like the Doc. making sure it;s not infected etc. etc.

im sure u know how crappy those college parking lots are.. their spots consists of two lines which makes a spot just wide enough for the car. the depth of that spot is just enough for a car to fit without sticking out. my car was like that. it wasnt as close to the wall as that subbie but if my car was not at least over the parking bump, it would be sticking out. but i guess thats not relevant cause there still shouldnt be a bolt sticking out of the wall.
